Daniel set up DCR in 2007 as a sole trader and later changed to a limited company in 2009.

Daniel is an electrician by trade and served his time as an apprentice working on large projects for Rolls Royce and several hotels and office blocks in London.

As well as all the responsibilities that come with running a company Daniel sits mainly on the electrical side of DCR and also manages the domestic and commercial solar installations, building projects and maintenance.

Lewis is a managing Director of the company and runs the heating and renewable side of the business. Lewis is a heating engineer and has been working in the heating industry since he left school. He learnt his trade from his father and great uncle who both had life long careers as heating engineers. Lewis has an abundance of experience designing and installing heating systems and boiler plant rooms. All our heating and hot water systems are designed for maximum energy efficiency and quality of workmanship and products that have been manufactured to the highest of standards. All our systems are bespoke and designed around the needs of the building and client.

Becky is our head of sales for both domestic and commercial solar pv systems. Becky is dedicated to delivering excellence in design, installation, and ongoing support for solar projects of all sizes with a non biased approach to products thanks to the experience of our engineers. The last 20 years of Becky’s career have been building relationships with customers, listening to their needs, helping them become more efficient and save money on outgoings. 

Victoria is a fully qualified accountant and leads the accounting division of DCR.  The accounts are integral to the efficient operation of DCR and Victoria is well regarded by all. 

Eon runs the electrical department. With over 34 years in commercial electrical contracting Eon has lots of experience in all areas of the industry. As well as our electrical projects and maintenance Eon also designs and manages some of our domestic and commercial solar projects.  

Emily is the heating operations manager. Having worked in the business for over 5 years Emily's management and organisation is exceptional. Emily is also involved in business development and marketing. Knowing every inch of the business Emily is our go to person. Emily's hard work and dedication is unquestionable, and nothing is too much.

Sophie works closely with Dan and Eon on the electrical side of the business helping run electrical, solar pv and various building maintenance and building projects. Sophie is polite, professional and well organised, she is a highly regarded member of DCR.
