Requirements

Must be a fully qualified and have the experience to run our accounts department

Work alongside other members of staff who are already doing paye, merchant data input, debt collection, credit control etc

Bank reconciliation

End of year accounts preparation for 3 limited companies working alongside our external accountancy firm

Paying sub contractors

Preparing personal end of year tax returns

VAT returns

Cash flow forecasts / tax planning

The role is 5 days per week and could be flexible around school hours if necessary.

Administrator / Coordinator / Personal Assistant
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team at DCR. This role is essential in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the office. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks to support the team effectively.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in an orderly manner.

Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software tools.
-
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
Requirements -
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft and other office software applications.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.

Requirements
