One of our London based DCR engineers providing same day repair to a Viessmann boiler. Due to previous poor servicing where the burner had not been removed and the heat exchange had not been cleaned, condensate had damaged the burner and insulation pad. These along with a replacement gas valve and a boiler service by us meant that the client was very happy to be back with heating and hot water.
