Building Services, Maintenance, Installation and Bespoke Project Management

We offer fully project managed building works. Our main line of work is electrical and mechanical contracting. As a business we have evolved to manage every trade on our projects for various clients. Within our workforce we employ electricians, heating engineers, plumbers, builders, plasterers, joiners, window fitters, carpet fitters, decorators, roofers and anything else associated with our projects. We have a handful of specialist sub-contractors who can also be very useful where our clients are struggling to find a company. Our managing Director Daniel Richards manages all the building projects and co-ordinates all the relevant planning, tradesman, budgets, delivering the job, health and safety, handover and aftercare.

Most of our project work is commercial and for schools and councils, we have carried out various projects over the years from new fire doors, small classroom alterations, re-decorating, new carpets, re-roofing full schools, full school heating systems, nursey extensions, school re-wires, new windows and various other work.  

It is easier for our clients to have one point of contact for all their work and a contractor who they can trust. We have spent years building solid relationships with our clients and we are always looking to build new relationships and take on new projects.
